Immediate Window Cleaning Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The Window Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that windows and glass surfaces are cleaned to a high standard, both for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in Window Cleaning techniques and possess a keen eye for detail to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Clean windows and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment.
• Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows, frames, and sills, ensuring a streak-free finish.
• Inspect windows for any damages, cracks, or defects and report findings to the supervisor.
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolds, and other equipment to access windows located at various heights.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and work area.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and address any concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold professional standards at all times.
• Follow established schedules and routes to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Assist with other cleaning duties or special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Window Cleaning or related field preferred.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve high-quality results.
• Knowledge of different types of glass and appropriate cleaning methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver equipment and supplies.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.
• Willingness to undergo training on safety procedures and equipment operation.
