Requirements:*

Valid Drivers License

Social Security Card

Valid RN or LPN Nursing License

Reliable Transportation

CPR Certification is a plus

1 year experience in a Facility or Home Care setting

Pass a Criminal Background Check ( Both Nationally and any required by state)

Must be physically able to perform position

Current TB Test ( must obtain within the first 30 days of employment )

Must have reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
