Form of workK & S Tire Recycling is one of the largest tire recyclers in the Midwest. We have thousands of customers in the region and we are rapidly expanding. We are looking for CDL drivers for the following positions:
- Tractor Trailer
- Container truck/Trailer Driver
- Box Truck
Local and regional runs. We have several openings based on your experience and needs. You are Home Every Night!
Come in for an immediate interview Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm at K & S Tire Recycling, 303 State Street, Chicago Heights, Il 60411. Bring in your drivers license, a recent Motor Vehicle Record (current within 30 days) and DOT Medical Card. Interview today, start working tomorrow!
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience
- ALL drivers need a valid drivers license, DOT, and MVR form
- Valid A or B Class Drivers License
- Class A and B Must be able to lift 50 pounds and climb in/out of truck
- DOT PSP Screening and Pre-Employment UDS for drivers with A & B drivers
- Class C (Box Truck Drivers) must be able to lift 100 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Pre/Post-trip inspections
- Using GPS, ELD, and invoicing app on your phone
- Proper use and care of equipment
- Proper invoicing and payment collection
- Attending monthly driver meetings
