Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Daly City area. If you are dedicated to helping resolve student behaviors that threaten their academic success and personal progress and development, this is the ideal opportunity to exercise your skills in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Job Details:
- This full time school-based contract position extends through the rest of this school year, with the likelihood for annual performance based renewal
- Our RBT will work under the supervision of the district BCBA or RBT Supervisor
- You will work with classroom teachers and other school staff in identifying problematic, disruptive, and potentially harmful behaviors, and providing support and intervention services as specified in each student's Behavior Plan
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification
- Recent school-based experience strongly preferred
- As an RBT, you must be patient yet firm, relatable, and understanding of the various root causes of inappropriate and maladaptive behaviors
- RBTs must adhere to the core principles of the RBT Code of Ethics as set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. They are as follows:

- they treat others with compassion, dignity, and respect,
- RBTs behave with integrity,
- and ensure your own competence
