The Robe Gallery is a fast-growing Women’s Retail Store. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate and Lingerie Fit Specialist who will guide each customer to her perfect product and fit. Candidate must have some Lingerie experience.
Advanced Training will be provided. Great potential for the right individual!
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lingerie sales and growth by personally selling to customers
- Provide the perfect bra fit by taking measurements, asking effective questions and conducting a professional fitting
- Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately using Point of Sale
- Keep the fitting rooms and store tidy and organized
- Take initiative to stay up to date with new styles and collections
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate expert-level product and sizing knowledge to diagnose fit issues
- Great interpersonal skills, able to connect to customers one on one in a friendly manner
- Capable of providing for customers calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment
Employer will provide full training, but some Lingerie experience is required. Salary will be determined based on experience.
Seeking candidate who can commute between our 2 Lingerie Boutiques located in Monsey, NY and Passaic, NJ.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
