Procare Therapy is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Janesville, WI. The OT will provide therapy services to students with disabilities in a school setting.Overview:
- ASAP Start thru 6/07/2024
- Full - Time and Part - Time Options
- (20 to 40 hours per week)
- K - 12th Grade
- Caseload: Approximately 35 students
- 2-4 schools
- Interview ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions in a school-based setting
- Provide guidance to teachers, parents and other school professionals
- Work collaboratively with all team members!
- Monitor students progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements:
- Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy
- Active Wisconsin OT License
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
