Local Manufacturing Company (Timeless Fence, 203 Wilson Hill Road, Greeneville, Tennessee) is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Accounting Manager with the following job duties:

• Oversight of the general ledger transactions to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, payroll, inventory and cost accounting. Perform monthly close and prepare Financial Statements.
• Work with Sales and Manufacturing departments to establish and maintain proper and accurate purchased and produced Inventory limits. Oversee the purchasing function for the Company.
• Assist Sales and Manufacturing departments in developing and publishing routine reports
• Participate in projects with other team members that contribute to the overall improved efficiency and profitability of the Company.
• The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment. A person that works with meticulous detail and integrity.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications

Bachelors’ degree in accounting or related discipline desired and minimum of three years of experience in accounting field.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (depending on level and years of experience)

Schedule: PI Office 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Monday - Friday

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification: Accounting Degree
