Imaging Operator/Receptionist

BerkOne's mission is to provide clients with customized and efficient back-office services enabling them to not only focus on their core competencies but reduce costs as well. BerkOne is looking for an individual who has clerical and administrative experience to join our growing team as an Imaging Operator/Receptionist!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Imaging Operator/Receptionist will complete data entry and verification tasks by using internal software. They will provide receptionist support duties by being the first point of contact for the building, answering and directing phone calls, and other administrative tasks. BerkOne is seeking a friendly candidate with high attention to detail, communication, and data entry skills.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information
• Produce accurate records for individual jobs, including productivity, batch documentation, and tracking information.
• Communicate effectively with team members, technical staff, and management
• Work in a production environment with deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following company standards.
• Perform alpha-numeric data entry into computer systems

LOCATION + SCHEDULE

• On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office
• Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm
• 1 hour lunch (30 minutes paid)
• No weekends!

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
• Minimum 6 months 1 year related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must type a minimum of 6,000 kph
• Able to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 20-25 lbs. frequently
