JOB SUMMARY
This position is for an Imaging Coordinator whose responsibility is to assist in the organization and coordination of the daily activities within the Imaging Department. Responsible for assigning duties to departmental receptionists. The position maintains necessary files and coordinates the flow of clerical activities in the department, in accordance with accreditation standards, federal, state and local regulations, organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision of professional or skilled personnel. The position reports to the Supervisor/Director of Imaging Services.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum level of Education: Education level equivalent to completion of four (4) years of high school preferred.
2. Formal Training: Clerical experience preferred
3. Licensure, Certifications & Registration: Current BLS Certification required.
4. Work Experience: Basic office skills, to include typing of a minimum of 32 words per minute and filing. Customer Service, basic verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills required.
