Creates and files patient records, assembles, and mails reports to physicians. Schedules appointments for the Imaging Services department. Enters departmental procedures. Restocks unit supplies and forms as necessary. Assists in training new employees. Receives, manages, and/or forwards all incoming communications as needed. Performs various duties assigned by department management according to policies and procedures and the mission of Woman's Hospital.
Requirements:
High school diploma is required. Some technical or college preferred.
Two years of experience in a healthcare-related field is preferred. Customer service and data entry experience are required. Knowledge of basic PC skills (typing, Microsoft Office) is required.

Monday - Friday; No Weekends
Shift times can vary, but can include
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Range:
$11.41 - $16.12
