Job Summary:

Image Processors (IP)/ Data Entry report directly to the Image Processing Supervisor and supports other staff and managers. The IP is responsible for processing data and maintaining documentation with accuracy and compliance. Performs a variety of support duties within the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Updating database from insurance and other documents
• Auditing reports
• Engaging clients and/or other individuals as necessary to update records
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to define and resolve problems
• Ability to work independently and effectively under strict time constraints and deadlines along with flexibility as needed.
• Ability to adapt to peak periods under heavy workloads.
• Attention to detail with basic mathematical concepts
• Computer proficiency required
• Proficiency required along with few to no errors in processing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read, write and communicate at a level consistent with the requirement of the position
• Good understanding of computer software and troubleshooting ability.
• Minimum high school diploma
• Some processing and data entry experience desired
• General knowledge of all business and homeowners’ insurance a plus

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
