Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for a Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Watseka, IL 60970
Assignment Start Date: 1/8/2024
13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours with 30 hours guaranteed weekly
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.Provides the highest level of service to all patients. Strives to provide a level of care that meets the standards prescribed by the hospital. Administers appropriate physical therapy modalities used in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician.
Approximately how many patients/day will they be seen: 2-3 for start-up care and evaluations. Then treatments are turned over to our PTA. Physical Therapists could also do treatments as well but mainly focus on the start of care.
How many other therapists on staff will they be working with: one PTA
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred
Education: Graduate of AMA-approved school of Physical therapy.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Current Illinois Physical Therapy license.
- Valid CPR certification.
EMR System: Brightree knowledge/experience preferred
Shift: Days (0700-1530), no weekends
