Job Description:

• Strong experience in developing IICS ETL applications as per the proposed solution.
• Perform advanced ETL development activities using Informatica Cloud (IICS), SQL Server, Database tuning, SQL tuning.
• Experience in designing & delivering data transfer solutions from / to GCP using Informatica cloud.
• Has good understanding of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & data pull mechanisms on cloud environment.
• Responsible for gathering project requirements for Data migration directly from senior customer stakeholders at customer site or at location agreed with customer.
• Responsible for proposing & designing enterprise data migration solutions using ETL tech such as IICS (Informatica Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services and related components on the administration and development end.
• Experience in developing ETL data migration solutions from scratch & working along with the team to build solutions for scale.
• Defining futuristic, sustainable solutions and building systems for scale.
• Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security.
• Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes data model designs, database development standards, implementation and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems.
• Analyzing data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy.
• Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.
• SQL experience from the development perspective (database and application).
• Responsible for proposing & validating data security / masking plans.
• Follow standards architectural practices & standards & best practices and provide input for improvement of those processes.
• Must be ready to work from the client location in US Austin / Westlake TX.
