Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with team members and guests.
• Execute IHOP service standards for a high-quality guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate food orders and service requests accurately.
• Memorize and apply IHOP terminology and menu knowledge.
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain cash control.
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but desired.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong reasoning ability and problem-solving skills.
