Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a positive attitude
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions
- Upsell menu items and suggest additional items to enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments using the POS system accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices
Note: Prior experience as a server is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2.13 - $18.30 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
