Overview
Our team is looking for a Content Developer to be responsible for creating engaging marketing content on IGT's digital lottery B-to-C programs. In this role, the individual will be accountable for creating digital content supporting new player acquisition and current player retention. We are looking for someone with passion, energy, intellect, and drive that can bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
The Content Developer position will be focused on delivering conversion-oriented content assets promoting digital lottery channel, products, and player ship. Content Developer will be identifying unique and creative ways to engage players in multiple digital platforms. Content Developer will be producing a wide range of outputs including branded content, emails, social media graphics and videos, paid digital media ads and developing website content.
o Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on how to communicate digital lottery offering in engaging manner with players
o Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
o Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
o Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
o Create the following content output: social media posts, email content, paid ads for various digital platforms (static/animated), website and mobile app banners
o Ability to stay abreast of changes in the online marketing environment/ keep up with current trends and adjusting the marketing strategy accordingly
o Knowledge of designing for both mobile and desktop UX
o Experience in creating campaign copy or other copywriting development is a plus
o Write copy, produce content, and repurpose materials optimized for the web and consistent with the existing brand voice
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• Must be able to demonstrate creative experience through portfolio of work samples
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or content creation
• Skills test creating a mock assignment to show creative process and ability
• Highly experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premiere Pro, Animate (or a software equivalent)
• Familiarity with social media channels Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Ability to navigate CMS (AEM knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent project management, collaboration skills with the ability to drive results
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising creativity and quality
• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the group
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Able to pass a Security Background Check

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $58,100 - $113,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
