- Advise clients on the implementation of Projects solutions and the integration of IFS module applications.
- Create business process designs and map to IFS Projects solutions.
- Perform IFS configuration, develop functional specifications, and conduct functional testing of the system.
- Prepare and execute data migrations and perform system conversion activities.
- Optimize integrated business process strategies that enable cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies across the organization.
- Assess current state business and IT application landscapes.
- Develop and align IT strategy with key business objectives and create future state roadmaps.
- Drive overall change management for large transformational projects.
- Lead "Train the Trainer" Workshops for IFS Workstreams (Modules)
- Participate in and support project management for large, cross-functional engagements.
- Develop high-quality client presentations and deliverables.
- Assist with business development efforts, including assessment and proposal development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's/master's degree in economics, business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or information technology, or comparable experience
- Knowledge of IFS Projects solutions including Engineering & Design, Sales and Subcontracts, Contract Change Management, Project Planning& Follow-Up, Resource Management, Construction and Installation, Projects Financial Controls, Project Report Invoice and Risk Management.
- Preferred 3+ years of relevant IFS Project Applications or IFS Managed Cloud Service Tools experience, with hands on design, configuration, documentation, and testing for project implementation
- Experience with IFS 8.0. 9.0, 10, IFS Cloud or IFS Scope Tool.
- Preferred but not mandatory, Knowledge of Jira Software, ClickLearn Platform, Waterfall and/or Agile Project Management
- Other non-IFS ERP application experience will be considered for candidates who can also demonstrate strong business process and client consulting skills.
- Previous consulting and/or project management experience
- Experience in identifying business challenges and deriving improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex issues in a concise and meaningful manner to senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage many activities in a dynamic environment.
