We are currently looking for a:

Job Functions:

• Greet all guest with a friendly and inviting manner!
• Smile and communicate with fellow team members and guests
• Help guests by answering questions
• Provide positive guest service, motivation and supervision to our team members
• Facilitate the preparation and distribution of daily communications to supervisors, team leads, and venues before the park opens, ensuring seamless information flow and operational readiness
• Respond to written and verbal inquiries relating to schedules, policies, and procedures
• Assist with the scheduling process, which includes; team members requests, schedule creation, and schedule modifications for over 180 seasonal team members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, including creating and monitoring break schedules, monitoring minors' start/end times, as well as monitoring the number of consecutive work days, to uphold legal standards and promote a well-regulated work environment
• Counsel team members on their attendance records and applying progressive disciplinary procedures
• Update timekeeping records for seasonal and variable team members
• File records and perform other administrative duties
• Support our park through other duties as assigned by your manager
• Team member is responsible for providing proper footwear (Non-Slip / Non-Skid)

Education and Experience: Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent required, 1+ year of related experience needed
Languages: English
Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age on the date of applying
• Must be able to speak and read the English language
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work for your scheduled shifts
• Must work well with other team members and be able to interact with our guests in a fast paced environment
• Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Idlewild and SoakZone guidelines

Additional Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to quickly learn computer based applications such as Quinyx and Workday
• Must have proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be innovative and be self-motivated to complete tasks
• Must be detail oriented with proven organizational skills
• Must have reliable, steady transportation to and from work
• Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information
• Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Idlewild and SoakZone guidelines

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 1 weekend day (Saturday, Sunday) a week throughout the operational season
• Must be able to work shifts starting as early as 8:00 am and work shifts ending as late as 11:00pm
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

Working Conditions:

• Requires extended periods of time working on a computer, involving prolonged periods of sitting and concentration
• Typical shifts will be indoors; however, regular outside work in various weather conditions may also be required
• Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, humidity, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.
• Physical requirements include the ability to walk long distances within the park, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity; the ability to carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds without assistance on a regular basis
