Perfect Long-Term Part-Time, PRN Opportunity for a College Student.

Local candidates only (must currently live within 20 miles of Apex, NC)

• 8:30am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 8:30pm shifts / some weekends.
• MUST be able to assist in physical moves/transfers
• Looking for a part-time caregiver for our 22-year-old son with Mobility Challenges in Apex. He is in a wheelchair and unable to use his arms are legs.
• Ability to assist with online college class. Currently in college or degree preferred.

Job description:

• Includes helping with transfers from wheelchair to sofa, helping with physical therapy such as stretching hands, arms and legs.
• Feeding, giving sips of water, assistance with activities of daily living
• Light housework such as dishes, meal prep.

Our son is intelligent and has a great sense of humor. He loves watching basketball and television shows like Friends and Big Bang Theory.

Must have clean background check.

Performance based periodic bonuses and/or pay raises possible at employers discretion. Some schedule shift time flexibility might be possible.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
