Position Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to collaborate with the Director of Nursing in overseeing the ICU and Med Surg/Tele units. You will demonstrate leadership by guiding staff, assuming administrative duties, and providing support during any challenges. This role entails directing the team's efforts, addressing patient care matters, staffing concerns, and maintaining smooth operations in the absence of unit management.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Required: Associates degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Program
- Preferred: BSN or Masters in a related field
Experience:
- Required: 5 years of acute care nursing experience. Experience as a charge nurse and/or nursing leadership
- Preferred: 5-7 years of experience, including supervisory roles and experience in Case Management, Critical Care, or the Emergency Department.
Licensure:
- Required: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license; American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS and ACLS certification.
