Do you have the following?
- New Mexico RN License or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS – within first year
- New grads accepted
- Associates
Pay: starting at $29.05/hr-$37.77/hr
Shift/Hours:
- Day shift – 7:00am-7:30pm
- Night shift - 7:00pm-7:30am
Holiday/Weekend Requirement:
- Weekends: every other weekend
- Holidays: as needed, generally 1 summer & 1 winter
On Call Requirement:
- As needed
Responsibilities:
- The Registered Nurse is a sincerely caring and compassionate professional and assumes accountability in utilizing the nursing process to provide dynamic patient management.
- Provide individualized patient care and maintain clinical competency appropriate for the area of practice
- Understand and follow policy and procedure in addition to meeting licensure requirements
- Responsive to current safety and quality initiatives and sustain improvement
- Build productive interpersonal relationships in every encounter
- Demonstrates teamwork

- Patient population: Mixed Med/Surg ICU, Trauma, Neuro, Cardiac. Expect to float often between ICU & PCU, depending on census.

- Nurse to patient ratio: 1:1/2
