Job description

Amazon Cabling Infrastructure & Technologies is a growing and innovative global team that design and implements ICT infrastructure to support Amazon's portfolio of corporate offices. Operational excellence is at the forefront of our approach, raising the bar across all aspects of the project delivery process to provide our customers with a seamless IT delivery experience. As we continue to grow our Quality Assurance division, we are looking for new team members to deliver our Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) inspection program for Infrastructure Cabling, WiFi & Audio Visual
As an ICT Build Quality Assurance Coordinator within CIT, you will have oversight of Amazon's global corporate ICT infrastructure during the execution phase of a build. The role will be responsible for implementing our QAQC process by monitoring quality of delivery, undertaking onsite inspections and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
This role will be office based and you will also be required to travel to project sites to ensure that Amazon's Design Consultants, Low Voltage Contractors (LVC) and AV Integrators have completed all project tasks in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). This includes, but is not limited to validating cabling infrastructure installations, witness testing, test result review, Wireless Access Point installation and functional testing of Audio Visual.
The position requires working knowledge in a wide variety of building types and systems (both the design of such systems and also installation and maintenance standards). Candidates must be capable of auditing and inspecting these standards for compliance, identify defects, create punch lists and implement remediation plans. You will be responsible for alleviating risks and work with multiple vendors to close out defects rapidly prior to handover and communicate (both written/verbally) with key stakeholders. This position will be part of a fast-moving business unit, where everyone on the team works on their own initiative and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
As a member of this global team, you will engage with key stakeholders and vendors across various disciplines to ensure the ICT infrastructure is compliant with Amazon & Industry standards and ready for commencement of building occupation.

You must demonstrate the ability to efficiently plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects and working groups. This position requires you to manage stakeholder expectations, schedules and scope. You must exhibit bias for action, and not rely on others to show you the path forward.
