Crew Member

Duties:

General duties include serving customers all Cold Stone Creamery products, building cakes, cupcakes, Ice Cream sandwiches, cashiering, and cleaning. Great customer service skills are a plus with plenty of room for advancement.

Requirements:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
