```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Ice Cream Server/Cashier to join our team. As an Ice Cream Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving Soft Serve Ice cream and beverages, and handling cash transactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
```Duties:```
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve Ice Cream and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen staff

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $11.75 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
