Ice Cream Scooper

Genuine Ice Cream is hiring Ice Cream Scoopers for the upcoming season and beyond! We are a locally owned business focused on small-batch, premium Ice Cream. We are looking for hardworking people with exceptional customer service skills who enjoy a fast-paced, fun environment and love Ice Cream.

Responsibilities:
-Serve homemade Genuine Ice Cream to customers
-Work as a member of a team in order to deliver the best product and experience for our customers
-Be knowledgeable about flavors, ingredients, our history and all things Genuine Ice Cream
-Keep workspace and customer areas clean and organized
-Act in a professional manner at all timesQualifications:
-Must be at least 16 years old at the time of employment
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work calmly and efficiently with a smile in high-stress situations
-Outgoing and friendly personality
-Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business (our hours range from 11 am to 11 pm everyday)
