Here are Yoder's Southern Creamery, we make some of the creamiest and most delicious Ice Cream you can buy. And, we are looking for people to join our team in Bradenton, FL and help us make more Ice Cream!

This is a fast paced work environment where you spend a lot of time on your feet and you are working closely with other team members to make Ice Cream, prepare ingredients, clean equipment, set-up and tear-down the production facility.

Job Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes to create Ice Cream base
- Operate Ice Cream Production equipment, including mixers, freezers, and packaging machines
- Monitor and adjust temperatures, mixing times, and ingredient quantities to ensure product quality
- Follow food safety protocols, including sanitizing work areas and equipment
- Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to maintain product safety
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and ingredient usage
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing ingredients
- Package finished Ice Cream products in appropriate containers
- Clean and maintain production equipment and work area

Job Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Shift Times & Schedule

• Mon - Fri (4x10 hour days) or (5x8 hour days)
• 32 - 40 hours per week.
• 5a - 3p
• 6a - 4p
• 8a - 6p

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
