Ice Cream Ambassador

```Job Summary```
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Ice Cream supervisor and makers to join our new Ice Cream place. As an Ice Cream Maker, you will be responsible for creating delicious Ice Cream treats and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for Ice Cream and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Prepare and create a variety of Ice Cream flavors and toppings
- Operate Ice Cream machines and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the Ice Cream production area
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders
- Upsell additional products or toppings to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
- Strong upselling abilities to increase sales
- Cash handling experience, including operating a cash register
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Understanding of food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist in various tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.24 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
