Job Title: IAM Privileged Access Management Services

Location of role: Skokie , IL 60076 - this role is Hybrid 2 to 3 days a week onsite at Corporate HQ.

Salary or Hourly range: 125,000 Depending on experience DOE

Key Points of the role:

Identity and Privileged Access Services

Serve as the cybersecurity team lead and subject matter expert for Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO) projects and capabilities within the organization.

A Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems is preferred. An advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum six years of experience across Information Technology, Cloud Services, and Security is required, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.

Professional-level advanced technical or security certification required. CISSP preferred.

Expert knowledge of Identity and Access Management controls, principles, tools, and methods.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Identity.

Advanced experience working with IAM and PAM technologies in an implementation or designer role. Demonstrable, hands-on experience with commercially known IAM, PAM, and SSO solutions.

Advanced Knowledge of single-sign-on, federation, and multi-factor authentication tools and services.

Solid understanding of role based access control (RBAC), and its applicability in large, regulated environments.

Ability to understand and translate technical terminology and/or aspects of projects/tasks.

Excellent technical investigation and problem solving skills.

Ability to work alone and in a team setting.

Good verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

Knowledge of healthcare applications, trends and industry standards a plus.

Seeking to fill a Identity and Privileged Access Services position on the Cybersecurity Team

Serve as the cybersecurity team lead and subject matter expert for Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO) projects and capabilities within the organization.

Collaborate with colleagues on the application and technical teams department to implement, manage, audit, and administer identity and Access Management solutions.

Assist with to develop policies, processes, protocols, and standards for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of various enterprise security and identity tools.

Help define access controls, roles, and security for networks, systems, and applications.

Oversee IAM development and implementation efforts on major projects. Identify and document minimum necessary permissions and entitlements for specific administrator and non-administrator tasks, grouping assignments into roles based on job function.

Resolve complex technical issues related to security and user access.

Participate in user and access security, audit, and compliance investigations.

Monitor reports and security logs for unusual access control events.

Additionally:

Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, solutions, and strategies for identity and Access Management, Privileged Access, and related security.

Serve as a liaison to technical and business users to ensure requirements are understood and interpreted correctly.

Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from identity and Access Management functions.

Augment and enhance user, role, and permissions audits.

Participate in enterprise roadmap discussions and feature requests as they relate to identity and Access Management functions.

Collaborate with peers to tune and enhance information security as it relates to identity, access, and Privileged Access Management.

Assist in the integration of applications with SSO, whether on premise or in the cloud.
