Shipping & Receiving Clerk Benefits:

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:
- Learn and adhere to the Rosenthal Automotive Policies and Procedures
- Build and maintain customer relationships, going above and beyond to ensure a lifetime customer
- Assist with wholesale parts, including inventory and shipping and receiving
- Obtain brand-specific product knowledge and present the knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product
- Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience
- Ability to master product knowledge and present this knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications:
- Automotive experience preferred
- Previous warehouse/Stock Clerk experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Fork-lift experience preferred
- Able to lift up 50 to 75 lbs
- Process and detail-oriented with developed organizational skills
- Self-motivated and confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Able to get along with a variety of personality types
- Willing to think outside of the box to problem solve
