Position Description:
Perform duties to process oil through the hydro system with a Safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a Safety-culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operates machinery to melt materials with use of high temperatures, then mixing with hydrogen; calculating production methods using equations
- Monitors production equipment to ensure proper functioning; making adjustments as necessary
- Cleans filter press at least two times per shift
- Documents all equipment processes, recording production output, breakdown, cleaning schedules, or other deviations from standard production procedures or schedules
- Maintains safe, clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Conduct on-the-job training of co-workers, as needed
- Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed

Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Basic math skills
- Able to take measurements accurately in feet, inches, and pounds
- Basic working knowledge of computers
- Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently throughout shift (approx. 15% of shift)
- Able to be on feet, tolerate excessive walking; stair and ladder climbing; and tolerate heights (approx. 60% of time)
- Frequent bending throughout shift
- Able to shovel materials into hoppers
- Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions; working outside
Training Period:
- Minimum 90 days meeting all above requirements; up to two years
