We are a company that repairs and provides Remanufactured, Aftermarket, and OEM hydraulic units and components. We specialize in industrial applications like paper mills, saw mills, steel mills, recycling plants, oil & gas applications and mobile applications, including construction, utility, mining, agricultural and marine equipment.
About the Role: To maintain and repair hydraulic systems of machinery and equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assembles pumps, motors, valves, controls, and subassemblies using required parts and components in a cost-effective manner to conform to installation and performance.
- Testing
- Troubleshooting
- Follows standard work instructions
- Provide specific technical training to fellow employees within the department
- Quoting
- Configuring work orders
- Provide technical support to supporting departments such as Remanufacturing and Quote for Repair
Qualifications:
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Experience with Hydraulic components, a plus
- Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to showcase vast hydraulic knowledge extending over serval product lines and technologies.
- Proven track record of high level trouble shooting skills
- Ability to repair units making part quality decisions during process
- Sound SAP skills
- Advanced critical thinking skills
- Proficient with both micrometers and caliper measuring tools
- Attention to detail
