We are looking to onboard a resource to serve as a DTS Contract Analyst. The following includes the scope of responsibilities:
- Work with DTS (IT) Senior Leadership to ensure contracts contain clear descriptions of services and products, ensure that technical provisions can be complied with, commercial terms meet department objectives, and reflect good stewardship of department resources
- Work with DTS (IT) operations, legal, and security teams to ensure that data flows are understood, reviewed, protected, and appropriate
- Work with legal and strategic sourcing to attain sign-off on legal and purchasing terms, respectively
- Review and comment on technology provisions such as service level agreements, license grants, and data use provisions
- Facilitate communication with vendors as needed in conjunction with legal and purchasing stakeholders
- Coordinate vendor selection activities with DTS (IT) leadership and strategic sourcing teams including RFP and RFI
- Assist with monitoring compliance with service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, and expectations are met and escalate deviations when necessary
