Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Hybrid Tax Senior/Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPA, Individual, and Partnerships tax preparation, and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Research and analyze tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
• Manage client relationships and communicate with clients regarding tax matters
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff
• Assist with tax audits and other tax-related matters
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification required
• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tax software, such as ProSystem fx Tax or similar programs
