Do I get a sign-on bonus?
Yes! BCC is offering you a $2,000 sign-on bonus if you can provide full-time (40 hours/week) availability.
Do I need any prior experience?
Required Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or University.
- Current LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGMFT, or LCMFT Maryland State License.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience providing therapeutic services to children and families.
- At least one year of post-graduate experience.
What does the Hybrid Remote Therapist do specifically?
- Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans
- Complete assessments and related clinical documentation
- Deliver trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
- Engage as an active member of, and provide clinical consultation to, a collaborative treatment team
Where is this job based? Is this an in-person position?
This is a full-time, mostly in-person position based out of our Baltimore, Maryland Campus. The Hybrid Remote Therapist serves youth ages 12-20 in campus- and community-based group homes, including specialized programs for youth who have experienced human trafficking and youth with emotional, cognitive, and developmental disabilities.
Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and must include one evening shifts (e.g. 12:00pm– 8 p.m.). This position is part of the Therapist on Call rotation. BCC has a flex schedule policy that may allow this role to shift the start time a little earlier or later in the day. BCC has a telework policy that allows up to one day a week of remote work, with flexibility for life's unpredictable moments and weather. Additional telework time is subject to supervisor and program need.

- This position requires you to drive BCC vehicles. Must have a valid, active, driver's license with less than 7 points.
