Description
Accutech Orthodontic Lab is looking for a Hybrid Driver/Lab Technician who will play a crucial role in supporting our operations both on the road and in the laboratory. This position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a diverse range of responsibilities. We are looking for a dependable candidate with a good driving record to do pickups and deliveries at local orthodontic offices AND spend part of their time supporting production in our lab. We provide the car, auto insurance, and gas so no extra wear and tear on your personal vehicle. A successful candidate will enjoy visiting our customers in-person and have a positive, friendly demeanor while also having a production mindset.
The schedule will vary depending on the daily task. When scheduled to drive, the start time for this position is 6:30 am, when in the lab the schedule is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, working 40 hours per week.
Requirements

• High school diploma, GED equivalency, or currently enrolled
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• A valid driver's license and good driving record are required
• Familiarity with the area is a must
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain flexible with work tasks
• Dependability and reliability are a must
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Mechanical thinking and ability a plus
• Ability to see details at close range
• Ability to perform and coordinate steady hand and arm movement
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Doctor instructions as well as follow detailed instructions
• Must possess a positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Ability to understand that outstanding product quality is an absolute must
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
