Summary
We seek a talented and enthusiastic Video Production Specialist who collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the company and lead the creation of video, graphic, and multimedia content for external and internal training. These audiences include the internal field sales team, direct to consumer, and account retail sales reps.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to determine video development needs and solutions; manage and prioritize video requests, coordinate Video Productions, direct, film, and edit video deliverables.
• Develop and maintain e-learning solutions using advanced graphics, animations, and audio/video to be used in instruction and accessed via the web and mobile devices.
• The content covers a various topics and is used across many channels, including Account LMS, Internal LMS, video libraries, face-to face Trainings, store meetings, and our employee engagement mobile app.
• In addition to managing multimedia requests from start to completion, this role will also be responsible for consulting on the use of an in-house Video Production studio.
• Coordinate and execute all aspects of Video Production projects in line with budgets and timelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, i.e., video request proposals, talent release forms, music licensing tracking, etc.
• Collaborate with various business units on visual requirements of the production.
• Develop and track Video Production planning.
• Manage the storage and archive of video content.

1. Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite with a heavy focus on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro, and other production tools
2. Knowledge of and skill with professional Video Production procedures, best practices, and techniques
3. Ability to balance multiple projects with competing priorities and complexities without compromising quality or brand standard
4. Solid portfolio demonstrating proficiency and creativity (Samples will be requested.)
Skills

• Knowledge of professional Video Production procedures, best practices, and techniques
• Experience operating video, photography, sound, lighting, and editing equipment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to tell a story through multimedia
• Understanding of emerging technologies in multimedia and Video Production
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, multi-task environment under minimal supervision
• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite with a heavy focus on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro, and other production tools
• Willingness to keep up with new technology and workflow
• Solid portfolio demonstrating proficiency and creativity (Samples will be requested.)
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to balance multiple projects with competing priorities and complexities without compromising quality or brand standard
• Exposure and ability to speak to adult learning principles (Bloom's Taxonomy, experiential development & facilitation)
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop AR/VR content is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop web-based content and maintain website is preferred.
• Ability to define and measure success of each deliverable
• Prior experience will include developing and planning employee training programs. Line of sight to Go to Market and product training is a plus.
• Strong team orientation and a dedication to the success of the team's objectives. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience in retail customer service and/or sales heavily desired.
