Seeking a Data Entry Coordinator to join an Independent Medical Examination company in a long term opportunity. This position will be Hybrid and you will be required to go into the Office in SW/Downtown Portland when required. The team is looking for Talen with recent experience working with Medical Insurance Claims and knowledge of medical terminology. Review the information below and apply if interested!
Description:
- Performs quality assurance review of reports, correspondences, addendums for medical review cases.
- Verify document accuracy including physician information, patient demographics, insurance policy information, and denial details prior to sending appeal to review team.
- Doublecheck formatting and grammar standards against policies.
- Perform repetitive Data Entry and verification tasks.
- Call and email correspondence with insurance companies and physician offices for missing/incomplete information.
- Assists in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of recent experience working with medical insurance claims
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology (insurance codes, physician credentials etc.)
- Very strong attention to detail
