HYATT PLACE DOWNTOWN GREENBORO- FOOD AND BEVERAGE COOK
JOB SUMMARY
Hyatt is currently looking for a Food and Beverage Chef/Cook loves cooking and meets these requirements:
RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for food preparations tasks, keeping up with our changing breakfast menu. Breakfast typically includes 3 hot items along with cereal muffins and fruit
- Complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
- Maintains a clean, tidy, and sanitary work environment at all times
- Stores and rotates all products properly
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Complies to rules and supports the manager or supervisor on duty
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 1 years of experience is required or certificate of completion for Culinary in kitchen preparation and cooking or any experience with volume production
- Clear communication skills, works well under supervision
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
