HVAC/R Technician (7+ years)

Cecere Mechanical is seeking a qualified FULL TIME Commercial Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning technician with at least 7 years of verifiable experience performing service work to join our team. This role would consist of service and repairs, installation and preventative maintenance of commercial HVAC/R equipment.

- 80% service,

- 15% p.ms,

- 5% install work.

• A Journeyman/Journeywoman with 7+ years of in the field, verifiable work experience.
• Someone willing to pass on their knowledge to the next generation in this trade.
• Someone with strong electrical and refrigeration theory experience.
• Someone with a positive attitude. We have a very good culture at Cecere Mechanical and it is important for us to maintain that.
• Someone with the ability to work independently.
• Someone with a clean driving record. (At least the past 3 years)

Other Requirements:

• On-call and overtime work as needed (though we do our best to minimize after hours calls by implementing strong preventative maintenance programs with our customers)
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Be responsible and punctual
• Service tools (we provide the rest)
• Ability to communicate with coworkers and customers in a kind and respectful manner
