Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $700 - $2,000 per week

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects and resolve complex issues
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards while working on HVAC systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Clean air ducts commercially and residentially

Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including their components and functions
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in HVAC installation and repair
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with property maintenance and field service is a plus
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus

Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude for working with HVAC equipment
- Plumbing skills for connecting pipes and fittings
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with clients
- Knowledge of HVAC system design principles
