Hvac Sheet Metal Foreman

Tesla is looking for an experienced and motivated Sheet Metal Foreman to join out mechanical self-perform construction team. This role will be supporting exciting projects across the Bay Area.

• Minimum of 3 years experience leading commercial HVAC sheet metal construction crews of 2 or more sheet metal workers 
• Completion of a skilled trades certificate program and/or relevant military experience preferred
• Proficiency and work experience in commercial construction ductwork installation
• Ability to translate construction drawings into real-world duct systems independently, including hand-detailing custom fabricated rectangular ductwork and fittings to avoid field obstacles
• Working knowledge of dry-side HVAC systems operation
• Experience supporting the rigging of large equipment such as rooftop air handlers
• Detail-oriented, positive attitude, resourceful, and capable of managing shifting priorities
