Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale: up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs

We are looking for a Top-notch HVAC Service Technicians to join our team, someone with residential and light commercial service and annual maintenance experience. This position has a take home vehicle and an excellently trained dispatcher!

What you will be doing:

• Service & maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Providing excellent customer service and high-quality experience for our customers
• Develop and improve personal skills to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment
• Understand and communicate the benefits of annual maintenance and indoor air quality

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 2 + years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification
• Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of residential equipment
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Experience with ductwork to balance air flow issues
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and light commercial customers and coworkers
• NATE Certifications or obtain once employed; Company scheduled & paid
• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Accept responsibility and leadership roles
• High school diploma or its equivalent
