Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers, identify their needs, and offer our bespoke HVAC solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure the right fit for the customer.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the HVAC and indoor air quality industry.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while providing high-quality customer service.
- Prepare and present reports on sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to take on challenges.
- Familiarity with the latest HVAC and Indoor air quality technologies is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.

Compensation: Commission based.
Average annual commission income: $240,000

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
