Join our team of problem-solving, hard-working HVAC technicians. We’re looking for an experienced and professional HVAC service technician to help our growing list of customers stay comfortable. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing HVAC equipment. You’re familiar with the latest HVAC hand and power tools, identifying problems, and installing, replacing, or repairing a variety of HVAC systems and components. $20 - $40 hourly
Responsibilities:- Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of equipment
- Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation
- Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement
- Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner, treating all residents with courtesy and respect
- Accurately diagnose problems and make repairs when responding to all service requests assigned
- Perform the maintenance needed and/or replacements of units, ductwork, etc.
- Help to replace HVAC units as necessary
- Be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Be prompt and diligent in tasks performed
- Physically able to lift 50lbs unassisted or 100 lbs with help
- Provide outstanding communication to a diverse group of customers and a good problem-solver
- Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent
- Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED required
- You must have experience in service, diagnosing, repairs, and replacements of HVAC units
- Communication skills are a must
- A friendly and positive attitude is a must
- Must be dependable and honest
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must have an active driver's license in good standing
