Overview:
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of HVAC equipment, preventing breakdowns and minimizing downtime. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
- Perform routine cleaning and filter replacement to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement energy-saving measures.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings to the supervisor.
- Respond to service calls as needed and participate in on-call rotation.
- Locates and diagnoses problems, assesses extent of repairs and describes options to the customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification is a plus.
- 1+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
