Due to our growth, we are seeking a HVAC Installer Technician along with HVAC Service Technician in the areas that we are servicing.

Our Install Technicians are responsible for servicing and installing all units to the customer’s satisfaction. Installers will be responsible for picking up equipment, installing units, field transitional ductwork, fittings, along with tying in electric and piping. They also perform unit improvements and modifications to existing customers. A large part of our installer’s responsibilities include clean and checks, light plumbing improvements, ductless mini-splits installations, basic electrical wiring, humidifier installs, duct cleaning, etc.
This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Installer Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA certification Type 2 or Universal Required
- 2+ years Residential Installation Experience. Commercial is a plus!
- Good Driving Record (insurable)
- Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends, holiday, and on-call.
- Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision.
- Team player/work well with Sales staff
- Cleanliness and organization of the project and van
- Clean and neat appearance
- Excellent communication skills – must speak English fluently.
- Legible handwriting
- Basic computer skills
- Trustworthy and dependable
