Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Warranty Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Warranty Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient resolution of warranty-related issues for our HVAC systems and equipment. Your expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, along with your commitment to customer satisfaction, will contribute to our
company's reputation for quality and service
Responsibilities:

• Warranty Claims Processing: Receive and review warranty claims submitted by customers or dealers. Evaluate the validity of claims based on warranty terms, product documentation, and service history.
• Diagnostic Analysis: Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify the root cause of HVAC system issues covered by warranty. Utilize your technical knowledge to determine if the reported problem is indeed a valid warranty claim.
• Repairs and Replacements: Perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components or systems covered by warranty. Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime for the customer.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. Stay updated on the latest product developments and technical information to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair.
• Quality Control: Perform post-repair testing and quality checks to ensure that repaired systems meet or exceed performance standards and customer expectations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and other technicians and team members.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints or difficult situations with professionalism.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physically able to work on HVAC units.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
• Valid SC driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
