We're growing our team and looking for a driven Commercial HVAC Inside Sales Professional ready to help with our success.
You'll work on prospecting and persuading potential clients further down the sales funnel.
Your main objective will be to generate leads for our outside sales team.
Compensation:
Responsibilities
• Communicate with potential clients via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication to convert them into appointments.
• Update the CRM system daily with notes and client information.
• Attend weekly meetings with the sales manager to review upcoming opportunities and improve the sales process.
• Work closely with the outside sales team to coordinate newly scheduled appointments.
Qualifications
• Two years of experience as an Inside Sales professional or sales appointment setter desired.
• Superb communication skills, both verbally and through email.
• Complete understanding of the sales process and CRM system.
• HVAC experience is a huge plus.
