HVAC Helper

Bend Heating & Sheet Metal is looking for individuals wanting to start their HVAC career. We will help you from day one on getting tools, training and in field experience. We'll provide you with the training, support and an opportunity for unlimited professional growth.

You must be open minded and have a willingness to learn. You must feel comfortable crawling, going in tight spaces and not have fear of heights. Paying attention to detail and following instructions is a must. Bring a good attitude to work and be a part of the Bend Heating way.

** Some sort of trade experience preferred.

Becoming An Apprentice:

After completing in field jobs and training, you'll have an opportunity to become an apprentice. An apprenticeship is a way to fast track your HVAC learning by working during the day and attending school two nights a week. We highly recommend when joining the field to consider joining the apprenticeship program. We want you to success in HVAC and we consider (as other companies do) that becoming a Journeymen is the best route for your future.

Requirements:

• Must have trade experience but doesn't have to be HVAC related
• Have a good attitude
• Want to learn
• Attendance is a must
• Don't be afraid to ask questions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
