Who are we looking for:

HVAC Executivelicensed for Commercial and Residential for the State of Missouri. This person will have experience in all phases of HVAC customer service including residential and commercial. The right candidate will have experience in managing teams of service techs, installers and office personnel along with purchasing agents. Must have excellent business acumen and experience of leadership.

The right applicant will be fully licensed by state and local government regulations to work on residential and commercial properties. Must also be certified in refrigeration to be able to necessary chemicals needed to maintain units. This position will be responsible for training and supervising maintenance technicians.

This is a newly created position and salary will be paid upon experience. Position comes with the opportunity to acquire equity. It will also provide all the necessary tools and continuing education to keep state and local certificates up to date. Company vehicle and necessary tools will be provided.
